What is Bluetooth? |

Bluetooth is a short distance wireless technology which uses 2.4GHz frequency spectrum. The technology was developed by Bluetooth SIG which includes companies such as IBM, Microsoft and Motorola. The application of this technology ranges from headsets to game console, PDA and many others. |

Which Profiles does the Lubix headset support? |
|

Our product satisfies Bluetooth version 2.0 and therefore may be used with other Bluetooth devices supporting version 2.0 or under. The profiles that our headsets support are A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile), Headset Profile (HSP), Handsfree Profile (HFP) and AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile).

Which devices can I pair my headset with? |
|
 |
In order to pair your headset with another device, the device must support Bluetooth Headset Profile, or Handsfree Profile. Therefore, you CANNOT pair the headset with devices such as regular cordless phones.
Our product satisfies Bluetooth Core Specification Version 2.0. Some Bluetooth devices may not be compatible with the headset. For further information about compatibility, please contact the concerned manufacturer, or our customer service center. |

Can I save music to Lubix Bluetooth Headset? |

Our headset does NOT have internal memory, and therefore cannot save music directly to our headset. In order to enjoy music, please pair the headset with Bluetooth enabled phone, MP3 player or other audio devices. |

I cannot turn my headset on. |
|
 |
This headset is designed to automatically go off when the battery level is low. Please recharge your headset before using. |

Is the battery interchangeable? |
|
 |
Battery included in our headsets is NOT interchangeable. We advise you not to attempt to repair or make modification to the headset. In case of malfunction, please contact our A/S center. |

I don¡¯t get as much talk time as I used to. |
|
 |
The battery included in the headset is an expandable product. Therefore, the operating time of the battery will diminish in time.
¡Ø Battery life will defer depending on the condition of use. |

The sound often breaks. |
|
 |
The working distance of this headset is 10m from the source. Please make sure you are within this distance.
¡Ø In presence of obstacles (ex: wall) between the source and the headset, the working distance may diminish.
Machines such as cordless phones and wireless network emit radio waves and may interfere with the headset. Please use your headset far from these devices whenever it is possible. |
